Answers about how MinoRemove works locally in your browser — privacy, supported tools, masks, exports, and credits.
Are my original files uploaded?
No. Your images and GIFs are processed entirely inside your browser. The original media is never sent to a remote server for AI inference.
Does the payment service receive my media?
No. Our independent payment service only handles plans, orders, and credits. It never receives the files you process, which stay on your device.
Are filenames or masks logged?
No. Filenames, selected areas, and masks remain in your browser's local memory during processing and are not uploaded or logged by us.
Where are the AI model files loaded from?
Model files are downloaded into your browser and run locally with WebGPU acceleration. They are separate from your media, which is never sent to where the models are hosted.
