MinoRemove respects copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property rights. This page explains how rights holders and their authorized representatives can report publicly available material on https://minoremove.com that they believe infringes their rights, and what happens after we receive a notice.
This page does not provide legal advice, and nothing here changes your rights or obligations under applicable law.
MinoRemove provides browser-based editing tools. Core editing functions — including masking, repair, and export — run locally in the user's browser by default.
MinoRemove does not host, access, retain, or control users' original media files, their decoded frames, or their editing masks. As a result, MinoRemove generally cannot remove, disable, or return another person's locally processed file.
This Notice therefore applies to publicly accessible content controlled by MinoRemove, such as pages, text, screenshots, demo media, and other assets published on this website.
Please send your notice by email to legal@minoremove.com with the subject line "Copyright Complaint."
We review notices in the order received and take additional steps where appropriate. We do not commit to a fixed resolution time, because each notice requires different verification.
To let us act, your notice should include:
Incomplete notices are harder to act on. If a notice lacks the items above, we may ask you for the missing information before taking any action.
When we receive a notice that identifies specific public material:
Temporary action during review is not an admission of liability or infringement.
If your material was restricted following a complaint and you believe this was a mistake, misinformation, or misidentification, you may reply to legal@minoremove.com explaining why.
Where applicable law provides a counter-notification process (for example, Section 512(g) of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act), your response should meet those requirements. A counter-notification has legal consequences, including consent to the jurisdiction of specific courts; consider obtaining legal advice before submitting one.
In handling intellectual-property complaints, MinoRemove does not disclose users' original media, decoded frames, editing masks, filenames, or other private user content to complainants. We only share the minimum information needed to explain the action taken on public material.
MinoRemove must not be used to:
